Last year, supported by the Arts Council, TYAI undertook a survey of the wider TYA sector in Ireland. You can see the results here. This survey has now become an annual fixture for TYAI to gauge how we can better serve the TYA sector. The 2023 survey is now underway! Whether you are currently a member of TYAI or not, we would love to hear your views. The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey will help us identify the needs of artists, arts workers, creatives and organisations working in the sector. We will use the findings to inform what services we offer, and where to focus our advocacy. TYAI are working to ensure we are responsive to the needs and perspectives of a variety of artists and arts workers. At the end of the survey is a voluntary section asking questions about identity and culture. We hope you will take time to fill this in. If you are filling this in on behalf of your company/organisation, please do share this survey with other people in your team, so they can fill it in as individuals. Please only complete the survey if you are living or working in Ireland. If you have any questions whilst filling in the survey, please email info.tyai@gmail.com. The survey closes on the 20th of August.
If you would like to be entered into a draw for a €100 One4All voucher please follow the link at the end of the form. This draw form is completely separate to the survey. Thank you for taking the time to complete the form! Intended as an annual fixture in TYAI's activities, we recently published the results of our 2022 members survey. The purpose of the survey is to establish members' needs in relation to TYAI priorities and also to get a sense of diversity among the membership in order to inform strategic activity. The survey was devised by Ursula McGinn and Sadhbh Barrett Coakley, with professional support on data collection, survey design, and question design from Noeleen Hartigan. The analysis of the results was prepared by Noleen Hartigan.
We were delighted to hold our first in-person members meeting since the pandemic at The Ark in Dublin.
